Welcome to EcoLOGIC Environmental Services, LLC
Our founders, Andrew Holland and Katie Wagner-Ferrara, have been providing environmental consulting services to the Nature Coast of north-central Florida for a combined 25+ years. They both have spent the majority of their lives growing up in Citrus County surrounded by its natural beauty and have a passion for environmental protection inspired by their love for the outdoors and wildlife. Andrew obtained his B.S. degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida (UF), while Katie obtained her B.S. and M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of South Florida (USF). Notably, Andrew has been a licensed authorized agent under the FWC gopher tortoise permitting system since initiation of the new Gopher Tortoise Management Plan over 15 years ago.

Our goal is to provide you with the environmental solutions that work for your project, while remaining in compliance with environmental regulation at the county, state, and federal level.

Katie Wagner-Ferrara, Environmental Scientist & GIS Analyst
Katie has been working in environmental consulting for 7+ years and has been an authorized gopher tortoise agent since 2018. She frequently works on projects ranging from listed species assessments for commercial developments to gopher tortoise relocations for single-family properties.
